I have emailed you guys multiple times, but no one will return my email. I paid for a subscription on July 20th, and I have yet to get a magazine in the mail. I paid for print and digital. I only ordered this for my husband to get the actual magazine. I got a confirmation email. But I have not gotten a magazine yet. I have tried checking on it, but I can find zero information on the website, and no one will email me back.

Like Casey above, I have emailed your customer service multiple times about a gift subscription problem, but no one will return my emails. I even called your 1-800-727-4653 number only to be told by the rep that she couldn't handle my gift subscription issue and could do nothing more than tell me to email you! I paid for a gift subscription for my son-in-law on October 8th. You immediately processed the $42 payment and sent me a confirmation email. To date, he has not received anything and I who is not the subscriber get multiple newsy emails from you. I'd like someone to contact me to correct this problem or refund my money. I have the exact same problem as the people above - I have called and emailed so many times - no resolution - so frustrating - cannot get in touch with anyone to get this resolved
I have the same problem. I have emailed multiple times. They keep telling me they can't find my account but yet I can log into my account and view digitally. Clearly I have an account. Either get me my physical copy or give me my money back.
I have the same problem as above. I bought a subscription for my husband, Blair Wheaton for Christmas on 12/22/2024. He has not received the magazine yet and I have written to customer service MULTIPLE times. No one responds. Truly unbelievable. Either resolve this or refund my $$.
I also have emailed and called several times to get the gift subscription I paid for December 12, 2024 sent to my brother-in-law. I have never heard back from anyone! Please respond or return my money! This is very frustrating and it seems I'm not the only one who's money was taken and no magazine sent.

I have a Golf Digest + subscription. Your web site says so. On a regular basis, I try to read an article in the emails I receive from you, and I get a message on the screen that invites me to sign up as a Golf Digest + member, but doesn't show me the article that I want to read. I am signed in when this happens, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. What can I do to solve this problem? I have written several emails to customer service, but no response received.

My wife purchased the digital & printed subscription for me & received confirmation & receipt in November. We have sent emails but no response!
